Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and member of the Privacy Protection Committee of the China Secrecy Association. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Tsukuba (Japan) in 2012, receiving special recognition from the university president. He was among the first selected for the Guangxi Hundred Talents Plan for overseas high-level talent and has received the Guangxi Outstanding Youth Fund and Key Fund. His research focuses on coding and cryptography theory, combinatorial design, and their applications in distributed systems (storage, communication, and computing), information security and privacy, multimedia copyright protection, and machine learning. He has published 54 SCI-indexed papers, including 11 in the top information theory journal IEEE Transactions on Information Theory (6 of which were among the journal's top 50 monthly popular articles), 1 in the top computer networking journal IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking, 18 in the top communications journal IEEE Transactions on Communications, and 6 in the cryptography journal Designs, Codes and Cryptography. His Google Scholar citations exceed 1,032 in the past five years. He has led two National Natural Science Foundation projects and four Guangxi Natural Science Foundation projects.
