Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, currently serves as the Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering/Software Engineering. His research focuses on machine vision and its applications, 3D modeling, and visualization. He has led the completion of two National Natural Science Foundation projects and over 10 provincial and horizontal projects. He has also participated in multiple national-level projects, including the National 863 Program, the National Science and Technology Support Program, the National Spark Program, and the National Agricultural Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Fund. He has published over 50 SCI/EI-indexed papers and holds more than 10 authorized national invention patents. He has received talent project funding, including Beijing's Science and Technology New Star and Guangxi's Thousand Young and Middle-aged Backbone Teachers Cultivation Plan. He is the lead instructor for the autonomous region-level first-class course Fundamentals of Programming.
