British expert, currently a Distinguished Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Guangxi Normal University. From 2011 to 2016, he was a Hundred Talents Plan Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Sun Yat-sen University and was a candidate for the Changjiang Scholar in 2015 and 2016. He has held positions as a Senior Researcher and Visiting Professor overseas, working with British academics Nick Jennings and Nigel Shadbolt. He has co-published papers with Oxford University and Imperial College London and has collaborated with Cambridge University on multiple papers. He has initiated collaborations between Guangxi Normal University and world-class universities such as Cambridge, Oxford, and Imperial College. His students have won 13 national scholarships. His research focuses on intelligent decision-making, and he has published two monographs and nearly 200 papers, including around 20 in SCI Q1 journals and 10 in CCF Category A journals and conferences. One of his papers has been cited over 400 times by scholars from Oxford University and MIT. He has participated in over 100 academic conferences, including the International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence, serving as Senior Program Committee Member, Chair, and keynote speaker. He has also served as an editor and reviewer for international journals and has been invited to present his work at over 10 international universities, including Imperial College London. He is a review expert for the EU Science Fund, Australian Doctoral Theses, UAE University Science Fund, Changjiang Scholar Postdoctoral Fund, Ministry of Education Degree Theses, National Natural Science Foundation, and Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Research Projects.
