Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is a member of IEEE, a senior member of CCF, Vice Chair of the CCF Guilin Branch, and Chair of YOCSEF Guilin. His research focuses on computer vision and machine learning, particularly pedestrian re-identification and object tracking. He has led three National Natural Science Foundation projects, three Guangxi Natural Science Foundation projects (one key project and two general projects), and two Guangxi Education Department projects. He has published over 60 papers in authoritative journals and conferences such as IEEE Transactions on CSVT and AAAI. He holds 7 national invention patents and has received one Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Third Prize. He has completed one Guangxi Education Department teaching reform project and developed one Guangxi first-class course. He has supervised 4 doctoral students and 33 master's students, with 18 having graduated.
